About this project
Savor reactivates a dark corner of a previously reimagined warehouse at the Historic Pearl — a spot isolated between parking lots and service alleys, away from the development's competing destinations.
Running through a limited storefront and compact footprint, a fifty-foot canopy unifies an inviting patio, the dining room and a gleaming instructional kitchen. A blackened steel frame references the industrial surroundings while delicate brass connections and backlit textured glass pull the bright interior outward.
Finishes take their cue from naturally occurring textures and colours, giving the ever-changing menu a clean backdrop: warm hemlock walls and washed oak floors against blue-green tile and furnishings, with woven brass panels screening circulation while keeping the seating intimate.
